This data is from Freedom High School in the Washington DC Area of USA. It represents the daily air temperature collected between June 16, 2018 and July 16, 2018. There is a consistent rise in temperature which appears linear between June 28 and July 3 (L1). The temperature then falls linearly between July 3 and July 6 (L2). Outside of these time spans, there is no well-fitting linear trend upward or downward. There is a slight upward trend, but the data is loose-fitting. The data stays within the range of 19-28 degrees Celsius with an average of approximately 24.
